Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued, excluding the cost of shipping.
  • If the item is faulty, shipping costs will be refunded.

Faulty Items:

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide photographs of the issue for an initial assessment.
  • Suspected faulty goods will be returned using our pre-negotiated courier services.

Large Items:

  • For large items, it may be worth arranging a collection through our pre-negotiated courier services.
  • Contact us to book a collection at a convenient time and location.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
  • Items returned without the original packaging or missing tags.
  • Clearance items.
