Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a full refund will be issued, excluding the cost of shipping.
- If the item is faulty, shipping costs will be refunded.
Faulty Items:
- If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide photographs of the issue for an initial assessment.
- Suspected faulty goods will be returned using our pre-negotiated courier services.
Large Items:
- For large items, it may be worth arranging a collection through our pre-negotiated courier services.
- Contact us to book a collection at a convenient time and location.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered.
- Items returned without the original packaging or missing tags.
- Clearance items.
